Email campaign sent! Whoops…
In the past few days, we have sent an email to some of our customers. The email contained a reminder about the expiration of their orders, and the information on how to get a renewal discount. We have been informed that the email was sent to some people who were not due to receive it yet. This happened due to a misconfiguration in our mailing system.
We apologise for the inconvenience
We would like to apologise to all the recipients who have receive the email by mistake. We know that you already receive dozens of emails, many of which are spam, and we have no intention of adding to the bulk. We would like to assure all our customers that this was an isolated incident, and that we will take all precautions to prevent it in the future.
