We’ll be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday 17th December, at 7:00am GMT (2:00am EST / 11:00pm Tuesday PST), for up to 2 hours at the most. Both the website and API will be unavailable for all or part of this time – but we’re doing everything we can to minimise the downtime period and it will likely be significantly shorter.
During this period, we’ll be making some major platform upgrades, which will ensure your API service is uninterrupted throughout the Christmas and New Year period and forward into 2015.
We always aim to make seamless deployments, and I sincerely apologise for any disruption caused by these essential works, and for the short notice in letting you know. I trust that our increased availability, reliability and speed will make up for the inconvenience on Wednesday morning.
On behalf of Open Exchange rates, we would like to thank you for your patience and your understanding.
